The Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA) wishes to inform all State civil servants residing in the Southern part of Borno State( Biu, Hawul, Kwaya kusar, Shani and Bayo) that enrollment into the Formal Sector Contributory Healthcare Scheme will commence from 8th-12th ,December 2025 in General Hospital Biu as the center while some of our officers will also visit you in your places of work. Principal enrollees to provide their DP Number and National Identification Number (NIN) While the Dependents ,Spouse and 4 biological children under 18 years to provide Birth Certificates and NIN number . All State civil servants are urged to make themselves available during the enrollment outreach and come with the required documents to ensure smooth processing.
