The Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA) wishes to inform all civil servants under the Formal Sector Contributory Scheme who are yet to complete their enrollment and those who have not updated their dependents’ details to do so immediately. This is to notify you that production and distribution of BOSCHMA Identification Cards is ongoing, and access to healthcare services under the Scheme has commenced. All affected civil servants are therefore advised to visit the BOSCHMA Self-Service Portal via the link below to: 1. Create an account 2. Complete their registration, where applicable; and/or 3. Update and validate their dependents information. 4.
