NEDC, BOSCHMA, Infinite X2, BOSPHCDB, and HMB Meeting on Enrolment Modalities The North-East Development Commission (NEDC), in collaboration with the Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA), Infinite X2 HMO, the Borno State Primary Health Care Development Board (BOSPHCDB), and the Hospital Management Board (HMB), held a strategic meeting at the NEDC Corporate Office in Maiduguri to discuss the modalities for enrolling 1,650 beneficiaries across Borno State.
