COMPLETION OF BORNO STATE CONTRIBUTORY HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT AGENCY (BOSCHMA) ENROLLMENT AND UPDATE OF DEPENDENTS DETAILS.

The Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA) hereby wishes to notify all civil servants who are yet to register under the Formal Sector Health Contributory Scheme, as well as those who are yet to update their dependents details to do so without delay.
This circular is issued to inform you that production and distribution of BOSCHMA Identification Cards is currently ongoing, and access to healthcare services under the Scheme has commenced.

Accordingly, all affected civil servants are advised to visit the BOSCHMA Self-Service Portal to:
1.    Create an account
2.    Complete their enrollment where applicable; and/or
3.    Update and validate their dependents information.

Please note that only civil servants with complete and validated enrollment records will be eligible for ID card issuance and uninterrupted access to healthcare services under the Scheme.
