2-Day Induction and Refresher Training Organised by BOSCHMA The Borno State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (BOSCHMA) successfully held a two-day induction and refresher training for its staff. The exercise aimed to fully orient newly posted officers on the agency’s operations and provide existing staff with updated guidance on their roles and responsibilities. The training covered BOSCHMA’s operational framework, including its core mandates, organisational structure, job descriptions, and implementation procedures. Departmental presentations were delivered by key units such as Quality Assurance, Planning and Statistics, ICT, Claims and E-Referral, and Administration. New staff were introduced to the agency’s policies and the operational dynamics of the State Health Insurance Scheme, while returning staff received important updates to enhance performance and service delivery. This initiative reflects BOSCHMA’s ongoing commitment to developing a knowledgeable and competent workforce to advance its mission of achieving universal health coverage in Borno State.
